Manish Bhasin presents action from the Championship as Derby face Portsmouth at Pride Park, Reading visit QPR and Scunthorpe journey across the Humber to clash with Hull City.
It's the first round proper of the FA Cup this weekend, so Leagues 1 and 2 take a break from Football League duty. So the focus is on the Championship as the season enters November.
Portsmouth have picked up somewhat after a shaky start to the season, but they are sure to be tested at Pride Park as they take on Derby County.
Elsewhere there are a couple of local affairs that stand out - Reading make the short trip up the M4 to face high-flying QPR, while Scunthorpe travel 30 miles across the Humber for their game against Hull City.
