Yesterday workers from the Royal Hospital held a march to the city centre in protest at health cuts. But can strikes and protests prevent the job losses many are expecting after the possible two billion pounds of cuts are implemented to Northern Ireland's block grant in October. And in the current climate should £110 million be spent on new sports stadiums?
