Adam Henson and Ellie Harrison are in the Shropshire town of Ludlow, to help them celebrate the tenth anniversary of the local farmers' market.

Ellie and Adam investigate the history of farmers' markets and look back to the nineties when John Craven reported on this new phenomenon from the streets of Los Angeles. In Ludlow, Adam takes on a local farmer in a cook-off, to see which of them produces the tastiest sausage, while he and Ellie look back at some of the food-related topics Countryfile has covered in the last twelve months.
