The Chair of Ofsted in England says bad teachers can be of some use in schools. Nicky Campbell asks can bad teachers ruin a child's education?
The Prime Minister says he's "terrified" of trying to find a good state secondary school for his kids. The Chair of the school standards watchdog in England, Ofsted, says that although bad teachers are unacceptable, they do exist, and could help teach children about how to deal with unreliable authority.
