Rafael Nadal, who was unable to defend his 2008 Wimbledon crown last year due to injury, will be aiming to clinch victory over the Czech 12th seed Tomas Berdych. Nadal defeated Andy Murray in his semi-final, while Berdych beat Novak Djokovic to make the final for the first time, having knocked out Roger Federer in the quarter-finals.
