John Prescott, Eric Pickles and Charles Kennedy join Gavin Esler to debate if Tony Blair is an asset of liability for the Labour Party. The former prime minister addressed Labour members in his former constituency today, giving his first domestic political speech since he stepped down as PM in 2007.
