The afternoon's Premier League games include the London derby between Chelsea and West Ham, and relegation battles between Bolton and Wigan and Burnley and Wolves. There's also big local derby in the Championship, with Middlesbrough up against neighbours Newcastle, while League One promotion hopefuls Leeds face a testing trip to Southampton.
