Jimmi desperately tries to track down the vicar son of whom his dying old friend Walter is so proud. But when he finds him it soon becomes clear that Martin, though still a vicar, has assumed a life of crime, left his wife and taken up with a Bulgarian cocktail waitress!

Meanwhile, Heston has to chase after a patient with chronic back problems who has thrown caution to the wind, believing that the world is going to end at five o'clock.
