A man serving a life sentence for murder has gone on the run. Jonathan Peter Neill has failed to return to his approved accommodation.
A man serving a life sentence for murder has gone on the run. Jonathan Peter Neill has failed to return to his approved accommodation. He was on a pre release scheme and had been living in a hostel in Cookstown. He had stabbed the family lodger eighteen years ago because he wanted to find out what it was like to kill someone.
