A family from Derry say they feel let down by the judicial system after a drunk driver got a 4 year sentence for the death of their son. Ulster Unionist Peer Lord Laird accuses the Irish Rugby Union of being intolerant and insensitive after it refused to let the British National anthem to be played at tonight's game at Ravenhill.
