Tom Ravenscroft sits in for Tom Robinson with two hours of brand new music and mixes from bands at the very cutting edge of pop, rock and dance.

The son of the late venerable Radio 1 DJ John Peel, Tom shares his father's love of the maverick music-makers of all generations. Expect to hear tracks from the likes of Kindness, the new luvvies of the painfully trendy Moshi Moshi label as well as music from Montreal-Berlin collaboration The King Khan & BBQ Show.

Tom Ravenscroft regularly presents on BBC 6 Music and also hosts Global Soundtracks, an experimental music podcast.
