Finance Minister Sammy Wilson says the Executive needs to make £370 million cuts by Christmas... He tells Stephen that there is "sufficient fat within the system" to avoid introducing water charges. He also accuses Health Minister Michael McGimpsey of mis-managing his budget. But Minister McGimpsey hits back, saying the Health budget is already "cut back to the bone".
