It's Adam's first day as Clinical Lead, and he's determined to continue the legacy of success left by Jordan.

As eight new F2s arrive, Adam jumps at the chance of team building; some recruits, however, are more enthusiastic than others. Eager to impress on their first day, the F2s jump at a chance to go out on a shout with Adam, but only one of them can go - which lucky F2 will it be?

So when the medical team arrives at a nearby deserted shopping mall they are unaware of the horrors that await them...

With one patient trapped in an industrial fan, another who has fallen from a balcony and countless homeless people living in the bowels of the centre, it's only a matter of time before trouble ensues... made all the more terrifying when the mall owner, unbeknown to anyone, has set up a device to explode in basement.

As the clock ticks down, can the team get out of the shopping centre before a fireball engulfs them?
