Animated series about a man who works for the CIA. When Stan brings home equipment designed to eavesdrop on conversations, his neighbours are not happy.
When Stan brings home CIA equipment designed to eavesdrop on conversations, he finds out that his neighbours do not think too highly of him. In retaliation, Stan has the entire neighbourhood evicted so that he can live free of any criticism. However, when an unexpected friend comes to his rescue he realises that gossip is a two way street.
