At Perranporth Beach, the lifeguards have to pluck another unwary surfer from the waves, and deal with a severe case of cramp on the beach.
Rescue 193 is tasked with flying the Navy's bomb disposal team to the Isles of Scilly to deal with a suspect device, and evacuating a diver with the bends to the mainland.
