Andy Murray was given a lesson in grass court tennis by Rafael Nadal at the quarter-final stage in 2008, the Spaniard taking under two hours to despatch the Scot in straight sets. But Murray has improved in leaps and bounds since then, and hopes for him to reach the final are high after defending champion Rafael Nadal pulled out of the tournament.
