The first match on Centre Court sees Venus Williams start the defence of her Wimbledon title - it is the fifth time the American has had the honour but the first time she will know for sure that she plays at 1.00pm come rain or shine, thanks to the spectacular new retractable roof that now sits proudly over Centre Court.
