06:35 – Chris had his weigh-in yesterday and lost 4 pounds - yay! It’s Carrie and Matt’s birthdays today. For now though it’s all about Carrie, and she receives some messages from the stars

07:05 – We tell Carrie and Matt how today is going to work as we launch Carrie vs Matt. The battle to see who’s birthday we celebrate will get underway soon

07:20 – Carrie vs. Matt, round one, Carrie has to answer questions on Matt. She scores 4.5 out of 10

07:35 – Carrie vs. Matt round one part b. Matt has to answer questions on Carrie. He scores 5 out of 10

08:15 – It’s head to head for Carrie vs Matt. It’s questions on the Chris Moyles team. Carrie wins, and it’s now time to hear how her song might sound.

08:25 – We discuss the pros and cons of Dunstable and Aled is here to explain the vote swingometer for Matt and Carrie in a Jon Snow style

08:35 – We have an X Factor style package where Matt and Carrie appeal for votes, 'cos this means everything to them, etc.

08:50 – It’s time to reveal today’s birthday winner – It’s Matt, who gets his winners song played

09:20 – Chris has finally received his official invite to do Strictly Come Dancing. He’s not interested but Dave says he’ll deffo do it

09:45 – Cheggers Pop Quiz with Marc Goldstein and Rachel the student. It’s a draw so they’re both back tomorrow
