Stan is passed over in favour of another candidate meaning that he will miss making a speech at the Republican National Convention, so he accepts an endorsement from the local chapter of Gay Republicans instead. While the people around him disapprove of his new lifestyle choice, Stan decides to follow his heart to speak on their behalf.
