Malaysia's new prime minister has taken over at a very turbulent time. As tension increases between the ruling party - United Malays National Organisation - and the opposition, questions are being asked about the country's stability.

Rais Yatim is one of the most senior figures of UMNO. He was, until very recently, the Foreign Minister. Zeinab Badawi asks him if Malaysia is now being led by a dysfunctional government.
