Allison DuBois sees dead people. She is not crazy, although her husband Joe, a rocket scientist, initially thought it was a possibility. So did Allison, until she realised that her 'gift' could not only change fate but provide justice for those who no longer have a voice.
Her husband Joe tries to prove that Allison's dreams are stress-related by sending descriptions of them to law enforcement agencies. However, when one of her dreams matches a homicide in Texas, his explanation for her visions is proved to be incorrect.
