Six years ago the BBC cameras went into the largest hospital trust in Wales to record life on the wards. Marco and Michelle Rees-Siso were on the maternity ward awaiting the birth of their triplets, Nicola Pullin was struggling to get back to health after a stroke, and Myra Priday was undergoing a major breast cancer operation.
What has happened to them since, and what does the future hold for them now?
