Christine Tooze bought her 1930s semi in Sheffield 23 years ago for 38,000 pounds. Not surprisingly, the house has gone up in value since Christine bought it, and after extensive renovation work she hopes to get a lot more for it so she can sell up and downsize. With two front doors and two conservatories to her property, will Kristian have to work twice as hard to help her attract buyers?
