Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he demonstrates how to do power stretches, and Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody give viewers the latest headlines from LazyTown news.

Stephanie and her friends demonstrate some new dance steps and the Mayor helps Stingy understand why it's best to sleep at night. Sportacus accepts a new challenge from Pixel to hit a golf ball from the airship.
