Drama series about a suburban housewife who can see the dead and read the minds of others. She uses her abilities to help solve crimes in conjunction with the local police, but finds it difficult to balance the work with her home life.

Allison tries to help investigator Cynthia Keener find a missing teenage girl. Meanwhile, Ariel dreams that she is her mother's high school friend, Casey, in 1987, and Allison dreams that Ariel is in a car crash.
