Series following rookie chef Chris McClurg's adventures after winning a sought-after scholarship to train in Europe's top kitchens and vineyards.

We meet the successful young chef as he embarks on the first leg of his scholarship at l'Ecole du Grand Chocolat in Valrhona, France. Cracks soon appear, however, as the rookie chef finds out that cooking with chocolate is as much a science as an art and he struggles to make elaborate chocolate puddings.
