Consumer series looking at the state of Britain's restaurants and pubs. Matt Allwright and Anita Rani send their undercover teams into kitchens run by a major UK pub group.

They find a number of serious contraventions, including leftover food being reheated and resold to customers, and the chefs who are happy to serve food that has been dropped on a dirty floor.

They also meet the landlord who deals with a mouse problem by letting a cat loose in the kitchens. Anita goes undercover at a Middle Eastern cafe with a history of food saftey lapses, including a problem with mice.
