Inspired by a survey which suggests that as many as four in five of school-leavers aspire to becoming a celebrity, 29-year-old London barman Garron Mitchell embarks on an experiment to infiltrate the so-called 'celebrity machine' and find out if he has what it takes to compete with the likes of Britney Spears and Amy Winehouse.

His findings are a warning to all wannabes that fame can seriously damage your health.
