Emilio San Pedro visits Tijuana to find a community under the influence of one of Mexico's most powerful drug cartels. Nearly fifteen hundred people have been killed so far this year in Mexico in drug-related violence, and the government has sent thousands of troops into the worst hit states in an effort to break up these criminal organisations and stem the flow of drugs into the United States.
