Petroc Trelawny presents the programme from the BBC Symphony Orchestra's Maida Vale Studios in West London, with guests including young soprano Katherine Broderick, Roger Wright, Controller of Radio 3 and Director of the BBC Proms, as well as Andrew Haveron, leader of the BBC Symphony Orchestra.
With a chance to find out about this year's BBC Proms Out + About events and performances of music by Vaughan Williams, Grieg, Strauss, Bernstein and Eric Coates. The conductors are Alexander Rumpf and John Wilson, who take charge of the BBCSO at full strength and members of the BBCSO performing as a light orchestra.
