With the arrival of June, Carole, Lesley and Carolyn fill the garden and create a cascade of pearl plants to celebrate Beechgrove's 30th anniversary. Carolyn also takes a colourful look at all the new petunias and callibrachoas available for bedding and hanging baskets while Lesley fills the Cut Flower Plot with half hardy annuals, promising months of colour to come.

Jim embarks on a personal journey as he returns to North Wales and to a garden that is known for being one of the best in the UK. Jim and wife Billie used to frequent the garden over 40 years ago, and they make a sentimental return.

Throughout last year, Carole showed Sue how to plant and harvest veggies from four new raised beds and this year she returns to help set up a new greenhouse from scratch.
