What starts out as a gentle walk along the beach to lay some flowers for a friend turns into a full Coastguard and RNLI rescue for one woman in Beachy Head. In Cornwall unusual weather conditions expose a hundred year old shipwreck, creating dangerous conditions for lifeguards and swimmers alike. And on the Isle of Wight it's not a shipwreck that is posing problems, but a sandbank.
