Iyare presents a drum 'n' bass special, featuring a headline mix from Cardiff-based producer High Contrast, whose 2007 Essential Mix was voted BBC Radio 1's Mix of the Year.

Also there's an archive mix from 1990s drum 'n' bass legend Adam F, recorded for Mary Anne Hobbes in 2003.
