Former Heritage Secretary Virginia Bottomley, now Baroness Bottomley, Peter Davis, who as director general of the regulator OFLOT, was responsible for choosing the first Lottery operator. Tim Holley, first chief executive of Camelot, who got the contract. Louise O'Flynn, then Camelot's, head of Communications, and Raymond Snoddy, media commentator and co-author of It Could Be You.
