Children's animation about the unique friendship between Lottie, a girl who doesn't fit in, and Nine, a cat who doesn't fit together properly. Monster hunter Gunther Van Halen arrives in Oddsburg which is bad news for Nine. As he goes into hiding, Lottie attempts to mislead the monster hunter, but the boys see what she is up to and force her into a disguise. When Van Halen mistakes Lottie for a monster Nine must overcome his fear and rescue her.
