Ben Fogle chose a team of adventurers for his trip to Uganda in a previous episode, and now they're off to the Mountains of the Moon, said in legend to be the source of the Nile. The team are dropped into the tropical Ugandan rain forests where thick vegetation, baking heat and treacherous underfoot conditions already threaten the team's progress.
