Ben Fogle chose a team of adventurers for his trip to the Himalayas in a previous episode, and they're now continuing their trek. Ben leads the team into a remote valley few westerners have ever entered. But Lupus sufferer Joanna’s constant medical stops enrage teammate Paula, and they have a blazing row. Worse is in store, as on a precipitous climb out of the valley, Nicole collapses and needs helicopter rescue.
