Adventures of Caesar's Sheep

Inspector Queen is protecting a mob witness, but the witness is murdered before he can testify. Wouldn't you know it, the evidence points to none other than Sargeant Velie. To make matters worse, Queen is receiving criticism at the station for (apparently) being too old.
