Clarrie gets an unexpected house guest.

Clarrie and Eddie get a surprise when Fallon follows Ed down the stairs for breakfast, but Clarrie quickly finds her feet and offers Fallon a huge fried breakfast. Later she tells Eddie that she's just happy that Ed's going out with such a nice girl.

After the Harvest Festival service, Lynda corners Clarrie, excitedly telling her that Glen Whitehouse has commissioned her to write a piece about Guy Fawkes Night.

At Brookfield it's the harvest supper and barn dance and Eddie happily tucks into the buffet. Fallon's pleased to hear that Kev Machin has moved to Yorkshire, but Sid's not happy about it - it means he won't be playing for Ambridge any more. Ruth's concerned when Emma leaves early under the pretext of having to see to George.

Jolene calls the dances and Eddie and Clarrie get into the spirit of it all, although after a while Eddie has to sit down, having eaten too much! Although Ed's reluctant, Fallon finally manages to force him onto the dance floor where they end up having great fun.
