Chicken Tikka Masala

Chef Heston Blumenthal turns his attention to the nation's traditional dishes, in order to unlock their inherent perfection. Heston travels to Delhi to unravel the roots of chicken tikka masala, visiting the home of the first in-restaurant tandoor and the spice market for inspiration. He also tries to build his own tandoor using a barbecue, and puts a chicken breast through Magnetic Resonance Imaging to come up with the perfect marinade.
