Lynda learns at the hands of an expert.

Elizabeth recognizes the look in Nigel's eye but to his delight, she soon agrees with his suggestion - of getting a Shire horse.

Learning that the Echo has printed a piece about Taylor's rape charge, Elizabeth's worried they may have said too much to DS Collins. Kenton wants to warn Kathy about the Echo but he's too late. Everyone's already talking about it and Kathy's terrified someone will make a connection to her. She's relieved to learn that Taylor didn't get bail but is dreading the next stage, the plea and case management hearing in six weeks time.

Glen Whitehouse wants Robert to interview Blaize Montpelier, a well-known image consultant. He refuses but Lynda insists she can do it, and spends an enlightening afternoon interviewing her. Even though Blaize is critical of Lynda's appearance, Lynda feels the interactive interview was tantamount to a free consultation. While Robert looks at the Fun and Games night photos in Borsetshire Life, Lynda comes across the article on Taylor in the Echo. She remembers how he left her in the lurch with A Christmas Carol, and then recalls how Kathy unexpectedly became really ill. Lynda's suspicions are aroused.
