Series following the attempts of workers aged 50-65 to break back into the industry in which they once worked, as they are pitted against a fresh-faced younger candidate looking for that first break. 20-year-old James Keyede and 52–year-old Malcolm Godfrey go head to head for a full time job in London's two star Michelin restaurant, Pied a Terre. For one month, chef patron Shane Osborne puts James and Malcolm through their paces in an attempt to bring their skills up to the required standard.
