Series following the attempts of workers aged 50-65 to break back into the industry in which they once worked. 60-year-old Raymond Abrahams goes head to head with 17-year-old Rebecca Lennon for a job at Europe's biggest hair salon, Daniel Galvin in London's West End. With NVQs and two years' salon experience, Rebecca is a typical recruit. With 45 years' experience, 60-year-old Raymond is an industry veteran. At the end of a month-long competitive probation period, only one will succeed.
