Part 3

Top chefs John Burton Race and Angela Hartnett have scoured the country to find the nation’s worst cooks and now must try and turn them into Kitchen Heroes. The three contestants left on each team must firstly rustle up a delicious chocolate mousse without any guidance. John and Angela then demonstrate the puddings they expect their chosen protege to cook for the food critics at the end of the week. Angela creates a blood orange jelly with chantilly cream and biscuits, whilst John makes peach gratin with almond ice cream.
