Brookfield comes under the spotlight.

Mike's getting worked up over his two dates on Friday. Hayley reassures him he'll be fine, and gives him some helpful hints about chatting up women.

Fishing with Tony's hardly turns out to be relaxing either - they've got Phoebe, Jamie and Daniel with them. Phoebe enjoys showing off her skill and knowledge but Daniel soon gets bored and wants to go home. Luckily Bert's passing by and offers to take him.

David and Ruth sort out the arrangements with the regional manager of the Country Trust for next month's school visit to the farm. Ruth and David need to sort out a four hour activity programme but after a good look round Russell seems happy with the set-up and is sure everything will go well.

David tells Ruth that it cost over four hundred pounds to fix the tractor. If he'd known what it was going to end up costing, he might have thought twice about buying it. Ruth reckons the tractor served its purpose at the time, so that makes it worth every penny. Realising what she means, David agrees but insists, light-heartedly, that Bert had better make them proud with it tomorrow.
