It's 1993 and the Party Party - a party of the incredibly silly tendency, sweeps to power.

Prime Minister Action Man explains himself to the nation.

Shell-shocked Party Party leader, Action Man, takes control in Downing Street, and immediately appoints Man 3 as his right-hand man and together they set about trying to think of some policies.

Meanwhile, in the tiny village of Microcosm, where several sitcom characters are patiently waiting. it seems like their dream of being in a sitcom is finally about to come true.
