Ghanaian radio star Komla Dumor is brought in by the BBC to give a new populist style to the revamped English language morning show in Africa. Jamilah Tangaza, the first African woman head of a department, has a bold project to move half her output from Bush House to Abuja, even though the Nigerian government have banned foreign news programmes.
