A mix of surrealist character humour and topical comedy starring Andrew Livingston and Fine Time Fontayne.

With boy-scout ingenuity and a smattering of half-completed evening classes behind them - Nigel and Earle can go anywhere and do anything, tackling the world's problems from the quirky end. This is the DIY, instant fix-it approach to world politics. The titular pair attempt to put the world to rights, meeting up with an assortment of people from the week's news (in 1992).
