Jamie Owen returns with six more personal journeys around Wales. Despite spectacularly bad sailing conditions, he sets off from Barry to visit Flatholm Island. He talks radio with some Marconi enthusiasts, takes in a spectacular view of Newport from the Civic Centre bell tower, and finds that the RNLI aren't the only ones saving lives around our coastline.
