Roley and Dizzy are mending potholes in a road. Roley sings loudly as he works. Wendy asks him to keep it down a bit as he's scaring all the animals. Roley carries on working with a whisper. When he comes across a quacking duck, he asks it to be quiet. The duck doesn't understand and carries on quacking, so Roley shouts at Wendy to ask the duck to keep it down - Roley can't keep quiet for long.
